Processing & Delivery
Every corset is made slowly, intentionally, and by hand — just for you.
Please allow 1–2 working weeks for your order to be created, depending on volume and fabric availability. Once your corset is ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking email straight to your inbox.
Each piece is made to order — no rushed production, no overstock, just meaningful garments sewn with care on the coast of Queensland.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each piece is made-to-measure and handcrafted, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. Our fabrics are rare — sometimes there’s only enough to make a single corset. This makes every piece special, but it also means recreating the same item isn’t always possible.
To avoid sizing issues, please take care when measuring. You can use our fit guide, or reach out via email or live chat — we’re always here to help ensure you feel confident in your size.
Faulty Items
Every piece is checked carefully before it leaves our studio. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 2 days of receiving it. A photo is required for us to assess and resolve the issue.
If the item is deemed faulty, we will:
- Replace it with new corset (where possible), or
- Cover the cost of repairs and return postage
Once an item has been worn or used, we can’t be held responsible for natural wear or damage.
Delivery Details
Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. If incorrect details are provided, we’re unable to refund or replace the item once dispatched.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, you’ll be required to cover the cost of reshipping.
Customs & International Shipping
All orders ship from Queensland, Australia. Any international customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If you choose to refuse your customs fees and the parcel is returned, we cannot issue a refund.
Once It Leaves Us
Once your parcel is marked “delivered” via tracking, any further delivery issues must be followed up directly with the postal service. If a delivery is missed, you’ll need to reschedule via the Australia Post website.
We are not liable for parcels lost due to missed deliveries or rejected customs fees.
